Customer Satisfaction Survey
BTW submits a satisfaction survey to our customers annually. This survey includes management, purchasing, engineering, quality and administrative personnel at their applicable locations. We request measurement and feedback to their satisfaction with BTW across seven categories. They are:

7. Would the Customer Refer BTW?

The results of these surveys demonstrate that our customer engagements are founded in quality and are highly partnered. Year over year our top scores include Product Quality and Quality of Service. With over 70% of our customers responding in 2010 it’s clear why Quality of Relationship is in the top 3 as well.
